Refund Policy

Once a transaction has been made, there is no refund or return available to the customer unless there is an issue involving the product, for example, damage. If you feel this is the case, then you will need to provide sufficient proof that your product has an issue. Proof can be submitted at cultureposters.info@gmail.com. Our team at Culture Posters will review your submission and determine if you are eligible for a replacement or refund (minus shipping cost). This is only available to customers who report an issue within 5 days of the transaction being completed. After 5 days, Orders are final.

Damages and issues

Upon the arrival of your product, we advise you to inspect the order. If any issues with the product arise, please contact us immediately at cultureposters.info@gmail.com. All issues must be reported within 5 days of purchase.
